Official Guidelines & Rules

Who Can Enter

• Open to everyone!

• Must be at least 18 years old to submit photos, if under 18 a parent or guardian permission must submit on behalf.

Eligible Photos

• Photos must be taken at 760 FEST on April 25, 2026 during 12PM-10PM

• Entries must be original work taken by the person submitting them.

• Photos should capture the spirit of the festival, including music, art, vendors, food, community, entertainment, atmosphere, and memorable moments.

Submission Limit

• Each participant may submit up to 10 photos.

How to Enter

• Attend 760 FEST and take your photos during the festival.

• Submit entries through: 

• Include:

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Instagram handle if applicable

  • Photo title or short caption

  • Confirmation that the photo was taken at 760 FEST and is your original work

File Requirements

• JPEG or PNG preferred

• High resolution preferred for publication consideration

• No watermarks, borders, or added graphics

• Editing is allowed and encouraged, including cropping, color correction, exposure adjustment

• No AI-generated images

• No composite images unless clearly disclosed

• No misleading manipulation that changes the reality of the scene

Entry Deadline

• All entries must be received by May 15, 2026

Judging Criteria

Entries will be judged on:

• Creativity

• Composition

• Emotion/impact

• Technical quality

• How well the image captures the spirit of 760 FEST

Prize

• Grand Prize: $250

• Winning image may also be published in 760 Magazines

• Additional honorable mentions may also be featured on social media, the website, or in print.

Photo Rights / Usage

By entering, participants confirm they are the original creator of the submitted image and grant 760 FEST and 760 Magazines a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to publish, reproduce, share, and promote submitted images in print and digital formats in connection with the contest, festival marketing, and future promotional materials, with credit provided when possible.

Content Restrictions

Photos may not contain:

• Illegal activity

• Unsafe behavior

• Obscene or offensive content

• Defamatory or hateful material

• Content that violates another person’s rights

• Signs will be posted at festival entrances stating that by entering the event, attendees acknowledge and agree that they may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.

Disqualification

760 FEST reserves the right to disqualify entries that:

• Were not taken at the festival

• Are not original

• Violate these rules

• Are submitted after the deadline

• Include false or misleading information

Winner Notification

• Winner will be contacted by email and/or phone

• If the winner does not respond within [48 hours], another winner may be selected

Final Decision

• All judging decisions are final
